1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Provide accurate contact, health, and payment information when booking services with Vanity Wellness and Body.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and following our cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late arrival, and no-show policies available on our booking platform, as well as the notifications and confirmations sent via email once the booking is completed.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to fees, Groupon redemption, and/or loss of deposit when applicable.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and late arrivals may result in shortened service times or the need to reschedule based on provider availability.
Groupon Clients

Clients booking through Groupon are required to provide all requested booking information, including a valid Groupon redemption code and/or voucher information from their Groupon order, in order to complete the appointment booking process.

Groupon vouchers will only be redeemed once the client arrives and receives services at the scheduled appointment. However, vouchers may also be redeemed in cases of missed appointments, no-shows, or violations of our late cancellation or rescheduling policy.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $50 late rescheduling fee. In such cases, the Groupon voucher or deposit may be applied toward the newly scheduled appointment date and time.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Vanity Wellness and Body. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from website or service use. Results from wellness or weight-loss services vary.

You agree to hold Vanity Wellness and Body harmless from claims arising from your use of the website or services or violation of these Terms.

8. SMS Opt-In & 10DLC Qualification

To receive promotional SMS, discounts, or eligibility notifications (e.g., 10dl):

You must register and provide active consent via approved methods (website form, booking, in-person, or SMS keyword).
Only users who opt in and confirm consent are eligible to receive marketing messages.
Reply STOP to opt out; opting out revokes eligibility for promotions until you opt in again.
